1. Who we are

AIOV Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and a private trading education community covering forex, gold and cryptocurrencies. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything privacy-related, contact us at contact@aiovcapital.com.

2. What data we collect

We deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. This website has no user accounts, no sign-up forms and no payment processing (membership is free). The data we do handle:

• Contact and messaging data. When you message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or by email, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name or username, phone number and the content of your messages.
• Membership administration. To set up your membership we record that you have contacted us and, where relevant, confirmation from our broker partner that you opened an account through our referral link. We never receive your broker login details, financial information or account balances.
• Technical data. Like almost every website, our web server automatically logs basic technical information about visits — IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps — used solely for security and keeping the site running.

3. What we don't collect

• We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not collect payment details — membership is free.
• We do not buy, sell or trade personal data with anyone.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to respond to your enquiries, set up and manage your community membership, deliver our educational content, keep the website and community secure, and comply with any legal obligations. Under UK GDPR our legal bases are: consent (you choose to contact us), legitimate interests (running and securing our website and community) and legal obligation (where the law requires us to keep or disclose information).

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party platforms, each of which processes your data under its own privacy policy:

• WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta Platforms) — messaging and social contact.
• Telegram — our private community group and direct messages.
• Vantage — an independent broker. If you open an account through our referral link, your relationship with Vantage is governed entirely by Vantage's own terms and privacy policy.
• Google Fonts — this website loads fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when the page loads.
• DigitalOcean — website hosting.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are protected by the safeguards those providers maintain, such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Message history is kept for as long as you are a member of the community or as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, after which it is deleted. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period and then automatically deleted. If you leave the community, you can ask us to delete our correspondence with you at any time.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to our use of it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@aiovcapital.com — we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we have mishandled your data.

8. Children

Our website and community are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and any material changes will be announced in the community.
