1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the AIOV Capital website and your membership of the AIOV Capital community (“the community”), including our private Telegram group and any content we share within it. By using this website or joining the community, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or join the community.

2. Who we are and what we provide

AIOV Capital (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides trading education and community access only. Membership includes daily video market analysis, trade signals shared for educational purposes, live trading sessions, structured education, mentorship, trade recaps and market outlooks covering forex, gold and cryptocurrencies.

We are not a regulated financial advisor, broker, asset manager or investment firm, and we are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator. Nothing we publish — on this website, in the community, in signals, videos or live sessions — constitutes financial, investment or trading advice, or a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or join the community. By joining, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that trading education services of this kind are lawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you locally.

4. Membership and cancellation

Membership is currently free of charge. There are no lock-in periods, no fees and no cancellation charges — you may leave the community at any time. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, pricing and payment terms will be communicated clearly before you are ever charged anything.

5. Trading risk

Trading foreign exchange, gold, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of your capital. By using our content you acknowledge that:

• All trading decisions you make are yours alone, made at your own risk and with your own money.
• Trade signals and analysis are educational examples of our process, not instructions to trade.
• Past performance — ours or any member's — is not indicative of future results.
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and should consider advice from an independent, regulated financial advisor before trading.

6. Third-party services

Our website links to third-party services, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and the broker Vantage. If you open a trading account with Vantage through our referral link, your relationship — including any deposit bonus — is governed solely by Vantage's own terms and conditions. We are not a party to that relationship, we do not handle your funds, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or promotions of any third party. Any bonus offers are subject to the third party's terms and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

7. Community conduct

To keep the community valuable for everyone, you agree not to:

• share, resell, republish or redistribute our content, signals or education materials outside the community;
• promote other services, solicit members, or advertise without our permission;
• present yourself as acting on behalf of AIOV Capital, or give other members financial advice;
• harass, abuse or scam other members, or post unlawful or offensive content;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools to capture community content.

We may remove content, suspend or permanently remove any member who breaches these rules, at our discretion and without notice.

8. Intellectual property

All content we create — including videos, analysis, signals, educational materials, branding and this website — is owned by AIOV Capital and protected by copyright. Membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use this content for your own private education only. You may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

9. Availability

We aim to publish analysis every trading day and run live sessions regularly, but we do not guarantee that content will be available on any particular schedule, or that the website or community will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIOV Capital, its owners and contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or community, including — without limitation — any trading losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from decisions you make based on our content or on third-party services we link to. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest revision, and material changes will be announced in the community. Continuing to use the website or community after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
